A. Site and Drainage Plans
1. The plans need a signed and dated professional seal.
2. A critical slopes waiver is needed for the disturbance of critical slopes.
3. A parking space extends into the travelway.The parking island needs to extend the length of the
parking spaces in order to provide safe and convenient circulation.Please rearrange the
configuration so that parking spaces do not block the travelway.
4. Please provide CG-2 around the loading area.
5. Please provide details of the retaining wall.
B. Stormwater Management Plans
1. It appears that the Filterra may be sticking out of the ground. Show grading around the Filterra so
that it will not stick out of the ground.
2. A letter of approval from Filterra is required.
3. Please show a detail of how the Filterra layout will work in conjunction with the rip rap channel
(in order to help provide proper reassembly of the unit).
B.Erosion Control Plans
If the amount of disturbance is proposed to be less than 10,000 sq feet,please indicate this on the plans
and provide a statement that if disturbance is to exceed 10,000 sq feet,an Erosion and Sediment Control
Plan is necessary.
