I should add, if you wish to resubmit the plat, you will need to do so in accordance with 14-226(E).
E. Resubmittal. Within fifteen (15) days after the date the notice of disapproval was mailed
or delivered by the agent, the subdivider may resubmit the final plat together with payment of the fee for
the reinstatement of review. The date of the next application deadline after the resubmittal of the plat shall
be deemed to be the date upon which the plat was officially submitted. In the event the subdivider fails to
resubmit the plat within the fifteen (15) day period, the plat shall be deemed to be disapproved and a new
application and fee shall be required for submittal of the plat.

Hi Kris,
I left a voicemail on your phone but wanted to let you know that the final plat application that was submitted on
September 7, 2021 for Glenbrook at Foothills Phase III was deemed incomplete. The preliminary plat for this
development is not approved yet. Therefore, under 14-226(A)(i), the County cannot accept the final plat application.
See. 14-226 Submittal of final plat: determination of completeness.
Each final plat shall be submitted to the agent and processed as follows:
A. Prerequisites to submittal. A final plat shall not be submitted unless: (i) a preliminary
plat was approved for the subdivision and it remains valid; (ii) the final plat satisfies all of the requirements
of section 14.303 and sections 14-304 through 14-318: and (iii) the final plat satisfies all of the conditions
delineated in the letter provided under section 14-222(C) required to be satisfied prior to submitting the
final plat.
The preliminary plat is currently in a status of "deferral," awaiting consideration by the Planning Commission (PC) on a
couple special exceptions which are on the Consent Agenda for PC's meeting on September 28". The action letter for
the preliminary plat and any conditions attached thereto will be issued after that time.
