RE: SUB 99-147 Exchange of Land Between Parcels 10 and 57C, Tax Map 78
The Albemarle County Department of Planning and Community Development will approve the above
referenced subdivision plat when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed
1. [14-302b] Provide addresses of all owners and interest holders on the plat;
2. [14-302e] Parcel 57C no longer exists on the current tax map; it appears that the portion ✓
of this parcel to which Parcel Z connects may now be described as Section 78E Parcel A;
please verify the correct parcel descriptions and indicate the boundaries of the parcels on
the vicinity map;
3. [14-302p] Please correct or verify your total figure of 119.310 for Parcel 57C(now with
a different legal description)shown on this plat(note: the Montessori School parcel 57A
(1.608 acres)and a number of lots within Fontana Subdivision have been subdivided
from the larger Fontana parcel and the total acreage should reflect this reduction);
4. [14-303a] Add the words"and correct"after the word"true"in the Owners Approval
statement on the cover sheet; /
5. [14-303c] Tie exterior boundary survey to at least two irons found. ✓
