Guiler DATE: May 20, 2002 RE: SUB-02-130, Tip Top Restaurant Boundary Adjustment The above referenced boundary adjustment will be ready to sign once the following additions are made to the plat. [Where appropriate, the comments are preceded by the applicable ordinance sections]: 1. Please alter the road label to read, "U.S. RT 250 Richmond Road." 2. Please correct the spelling of`proprietors' in all of the owner's approvals. 3. When researching the owner of Lot 10A, our database shows the owner to be "Vassalos LLC"rather than "Dassalos LLC" as shown in the Statement of Title for TM 78-9. Please ensure that the information is correct on the plat. 4. [14-302(r)] Since the boundary adjustment involves Parcel 9, this parcel must be added to the title on both Sheets 1 and 2. 5. [14-302(d)] Please add the number of sheets to both sheets of this plat. 6. [14-302(q)] Please add the applicable zoning of the properties to the plat [HC]. 7. [18-21.7.1] Please add the following statement to the plat,"In accordance with Section 21.7.1, no portion of any structure, except signs, shall be erected closer than thirty (30) feet to any public street right-of-way." 8.
