The intent is, I believe, that the maintenance agreement be for the 2.0 acre new parcel, the 9.92 acre residue of parcel 1C, and parcel lA (existing parcel) tax map 102. Additionally, a note on the final plat should state that the applicant waives develop- ment rights on parcels lA and 1C, tax map 102. If you should have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
