Please revise the plat to include the attached comments and submit
five (5) copies of the revised plat no later than 5 : 00 p .m. Tuesday,
October 18 , 1983 . No plat will be reviewed by the Planning
Commission without all applicable technical infoLluation as required by
the Subdivision Ordinance . Failure to submit items marked with **
on the checklist will result in automatic deferral of the plat for at
least one month or a recommendation for denial .
The Planning Commission will review your plat on Tuesday, October 25 , 1983
