If this property is in the "Run-Off Control Area", then it will comply with all standards of the Run-Off Control Ordinance. However, each lot will be evaluated on its own merit and further tests may be required at the time the septic permit is applied for. Issuance or denial of the permit can be based on the results of these tests.
