Mr. Stevens,
The Special Use Permit application received in the Community Development Department on 06/21/2021 has been
deemed complete by County staff. The applicant must now pay the required fee for this application to be further
processed for review.
The total fee required for SP2021-00014 is $2S85.00 (An application fee of $2150.00 and a Public notice fee of 35).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please make payment as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
• The preferred option is to make payment via the online payments site HERE. Please follow the directions to
email your receipt of payment to cddpavments@albemarle.org so the application can be processed promptly.
• A check, provided to the front office staff in the Community Development Department for the amount noted
above, payable to the "County of Albemarle."
o If oavine by check, please provide a coov of this email alone with vour check as verification that vour
fee can be accepted. Please note that the Community Development Office is open on Monday.
Wednesday, and Friday for drop-offs.
If this fee is received after Tuesday. July 6, 2021, then your application will be processed with the next applicable round
of application submittals. Submittal Schedule ***
ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE REQUIRED.
Afee for re -advertisement and notification of public hearing after advertisement of a public hearing and deferral is
made at the applicant's request
If applicable, any fees for waiver/special exceptions will be required when the additional fees noted above are
calculated. The current fee for a special exception is $457.
*** Please note that if the application fee is not paid within six months of the application being deemed
complete (12/20/2021), then this application will be considered to be withdrawn, and all material will
either be returned to the applicant or recycled. ***
