Box 162 North Garden, VA 22959 RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-96-04, Tax Map 111, Parcel 51A Dear Ms. Reyes: This letter is to inform you that on June 4, 1996, during the meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board unanimously (4:0) approved your request for VA-96-04 with the following conditions: 1) The front setback is reduced to 60 feet only to the extent indicated on the drawing submitted by the applicant - not across the entire frontage - with zoning staff approval of the preliminary zoning at the time of the footing inspection; and, 2) The variance is approved only for a 28' X 70' double-wide mobile home. If the mobile home is removed and a house placed on the property, then the variance would not apply. This variance allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a reduction in the front yard setback from 75 feet to 60 feet, a variance of 15 feet.
