Dear Ms. Marinel: On November 14, 1996, I made a site visit to the above referenced property to conduct a soil and site evaluation for issuance on a Letter for a potential Sewage Disposal System. After conducting the site evaluation, I feel it is possible to identify a low pressure distribution site and a 50% reserve area that will be adequate to serve a two-bedroom house. Specific plans and specifications for the low pressure system being proposed must be submitted before a final determination can be made regarding issuance of the letter. Your application will be placed in our inactive files until we have been notified that the above items have been satisfied. Our current policy is to hold inactive permits for a period of thirty (30) days. After thirty days, applications that remain inactive may be rejected because of insufficient information. After an application has been rejected, a new application may need to be completed and new fees may be required. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Requests for exceptions regarding the above requirements must be made in writing to the local health department. If I can be of further service to you in this matter, please contact me.
