More precisely, parcels 124A, 1248 and 124C, all tax map 61, were rezoned PD-MC with proffers. The rezoning of the residential portion of parcel 124C eliminates the setback requirement which was the reason for variance request 96-11 . Therefore, the variance request is hereby withdrawn.
