Subj : Variance Request 96-11
At their meeting last night, the Board of Supervisors approved the
request by Encore Investors Limited Partnership to rezone all of
parcel 124C, tax map 61 for commercial use. More precisely, parcels
124A, 1248 and 124C, all tax map 61, were rezoned PD-MC with
proffers.
The rezoning of the residential portion of parcel 124C eliminates
the setback requirement which was the reason for variance request
96-11 . Therefore, the variance request is hereby withdrawn.
