Dear Applicant:
This letter is to inform you that on September 3, 1996, during the meeting of the Albemarle
County Board of Zoning Appeals, the Board unanimously approved your request for withdrawal
(4-0) for VA-96-13.
If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have a right to appeal the notice within thirty days
in accordance with Section 15.1-496-1 of the State Code, or the decision shall be final and
unappealable. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty days after the decision appealed from
by filing with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County a notice of appeal specifying the grounds
thereof.

On July 29, 1996, ACAC requested a variance from zoning regarding a proposed facility
expansion to our Four Seasons location. At this time we wish to withdraw that request.
We understand that adjacent property owners will be notified of this withdrawal, since a
public notice already has been issued.
