The applicant is requesting relief from Section 4.15.12 4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows: The applicant requests a 13-foot variance to increase the height of a freestanding sign from 12 to 25 feet to gain visibility from Route 29. The public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, March 10, 1998, at 3:00 p.m., in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
