Corridor. Request to reduce the
front yard from 30 to zero feet,
to allow the addition of a canopy
over the gas pumps.

To allow the rezoning request to
proceed, the variance is re-
quested to reduce the yards ad-
jacent to the rural areas zoning
district: from 100 to 17 feet for
the existing building, and from
30 to 10 feet for the existing
parking.

which is non-conforming.Appeal

points include it is not an ex-
pansion of a non- conforming
use to warrant the special permit
and the decision is contrary
to land use and zoning policies.
