Aachments: 2021 0811 SP202100014 Inial Comment Leer_Combined.pdf Hi Liz, Yes, the applicaon is in deferral primarily to allow me for the required community meeng and meeng with the Agricultural/Forestal District Commiee to occur prior to the public hearing with the Planning Commission. (Note: This applicaon is being heard by the AFD because the subject properes are within a County ag /forestal district.) The applicant, in this case, also chose to defer the applicaon in order to revise their project materials in response to comments provided by staff. We are sll planning to hold the community meeng on September 7, 2021. Regarding the comment leer from staff, due to the amount of informaon covered in the first reviews, SP inial comments leers are typically several pages in length. This parcular one was 13 pages, which included 6 pages of aachments. I’ve aached a copy of the first comment leer here for ease of reference. I hope that helps.
