Box 2555 Charlottesville, VA 22902-2555 RE: Variance Application, VA-98-16 Albemarle First Bank Tax Map 061W, Parcel 02-B1 (Signs # 41 & 42) Dear Mr. Gilpin: This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-98-16, was heard by the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, July 7, 1998. The Board ruled (4:1) to grant the variance request subject to the following condition: 1) This variance is for the addition proposed in this file. Any future additions closer than 30 feet to the right-of-way will require amendment to this variance. This approval allows relief from Section 21.7.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front setback from 30 feet to 7 feet to allow reconstruction of the drive-in window and canopy to extend to within 7.79 feet of the property line which is the public street right-of-way for Westfield Road.
