RE: SUB202100134 Foothills Crossing Phase V - Final Plat
Dear Ms. Gleason:
I have reviewed your comment letter dated September 14, 2021 and offer the following
responses. My response are below in red.
Planning:
1. [14-303(E)] Metes and bounds. On Sheet 3:
a. Provide the beginning and end point for curve C4. These seem to be missing
from the plat
The beginning and end points have been added for C4.
b. Adjust labels so there are no conflicts between dimensions and lot
acreages/road labels. For example, see Lots 3-11 and labels on Crimson St
The labels have been adjusted so that all of the text for the dimensions and
lot areas/road labels are legible.
2. [14-303(D)] Open space acreage. On Sheet 3, provide a label, acreage, and square
feet for Open Space E. This will be used to confirm the open space acreage noted on
the Cover Sheet
The area for Opens Space E has been added to Sheet 3.
3. [14-302(A) (4-5)] Easements. All easements deed book and page references will
need to be noted on the plat prior to final plat approval.
Acknowledged. The DB/PG references will be added when the easement plat is
recorded.
4. [Comment] Revision date. Reminder that revised plats must include the original
date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each subsequent version of the plat
Acknowledged. The plat will include the original date and any subsequent revision
date.
5. [Comment] Process.
a. Staff will let you know soon if any maintenance agreements are needed with
this plat
Acknowledged.
b. The approval of this plat will need to be preceded by the approval and/or
recordation of: (1) SUB202000229 Easement Plat in Associate with Foothill
Crossing, Phase V, (2) SUB202100130 Private Bicycle & Pedestrian Path
Easement in Association with Foothill Crossing Phase V, and (3)
SDP202100013 Glenbrook at Foothill Crossing Phase V.

Engineering
1. The SUB202000229 easement plat will need to be recorded and the DB&PG
references updated before approval.
Acknowledged. The DB/PG references will be added when the easement plat is
recorded.
Information Services (E911)
1. Per plat dated 7/26, the road name should say Indigo Rd, not Indigo Rd - Ext. Please
update this on any pages.
The road name has been updated to removed the Ext. label.
Building Inspections
1. Due to required distances from lot lines and structures as required by the NFPA,
underground propane tanks may be prohibited. Plan accordingly.
