TMP 59-392 FACILITY LOCATED ON AVON STREET IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA. THE PARKING LOT, UTILITIES, DRAINAGE, AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE WERE
ORIGINALLY INSTALLED DURING THE INITIAL LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES. THIS LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITY WILL CONSTRUCTTHE LAST BUILDING ON

CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDINGS HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND STABILIZED.
11. ONCE THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY HAS BEEN COMPLETED, THE SITE 15 STABILIZED, AND HE EROSION CONTROL INSPECTOR HAS GIVEN
THE APPROVAL, THE CONTRACTOR CAN REMOVE THE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES. NO ITEMS SHALL BE REMOVED
UNLESS THE UPSTREAM AREAS ARE STABILIZED AND THE INSPECTOR GIVES PERMISSION.
12. MAINTAIN ALL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AS SPECIFIED IN THE VIRGINIA EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL HANDBOOK, REMOVING
ONLY WHEN APPROVED BY THE LOCAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VIRGINIA EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL
HANDBOOK.
13. ALL TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER FINAL SITE STABILIZATION OR
AFTER THE TEMPORARY MEASURES ARE NO LONGER NEEDED, UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY THE LOCAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR.
TRAPPED SEDIMENT AND THE DISTURBED SOIL AREAS RESULTING FROM THE DISPOSITION OF TEMPORARY MEASURES SHALL BE
PERMANENTLY STABILIZED TO PREVENT FURTHER EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION.
14. UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY THE LOCAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, TRAPPED SEDIMENT AND THE DISTURBED SOIL AREAS
RESULTING FROM THE DISPOSITION OF THE TEMPORARY MEASURES SHALL BE PERMANENTLY STABILIZED TO PREVENT FURTHER EROSION
AND SEDIMENTATION.
