[14-302 (A)(3)] Please revise both sheets so that the labels for Belvedere Blvd, Colvin Alley, and Colbert Street state the recorded instrument numbers of the plat that created each right-of-way. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 2. [14-302 (A)(5) and 14-303 (L)] Plat is under review with ACSA for the proposed sanitary sewer easement. Comments or approvals from ACSA will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. Rev. 1: ACSA review not yet complete, comments or approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. 3. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please add a note stating all applicable zoning and overlay zoning districts that apply to TMP 062A3-00-00-001B0. Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 4. [14-316] Plat is under review by VDOT. Comments or approvals from VDOT will be sent to the applicant upon completion of VDOT review. Rev. 1: Comment addressed, see attached VDOT approval. 5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev. 1: Comment may be addressed pending completion of ACSA review. If ACSA requires no further changes, the revision date will not need to be revised. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
