Re: SUB202100090 Belvedere Clubhouse Two -Lot Division & Easement Plat - Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Please revise both sheets so that the labels for Belvedere Blvd, Colvin Alley, and Colbert Street
state the recorded instrument numbers of the plat that created each right-of-way. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
2. [14-302 (A)(5) and 14-303 (L)] Plat is under review with ACSA for the proposed sanitary sewer easement.
Comments or approvals from ACSA will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt. Rev. 1: ACSA review not yet
complete, comments or approvals will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt.
3. [14-302 (B)(5)] Please add a note stating all applicable zoning and overlay zoning districts that apply to TMP
062A3-00-00-001B0. Rev. 1: Comment addressed.
4. [14-316] Plat is under review by VDOT. Comments or approvals from VDOT will be sent to the applicant upon
completion of VDOT review. Rev. 1: Comment addressed, see attached VDOT approval.
5. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision. Rev. 1: Comment may be addressed pending completion of
ACSA review. If ACSA requires no further changes, the revision date will not need to be revised.

The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced Belvedere Community Center - ISP, as submitted by
Roudabush, Gale & Assoc., Inc., dated May 10, 2021 and find it to be generally acceptable.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way. The
owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
