THIS DEED made this 30th day of June, 1983, by and
between EDWARD LANE SUTHERLAND and CORDELIA G. SUTHERLAND, husband
and wife, parties of the first part, and ROBERT A. HAUPIN and
DONNA S. HAUPIN, husband and wife, parties of the second part,

W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY SEVEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($47,500.00) of which
$10,000.00 is cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged and the balance of $37,500.00 is evidenced by one
deferred purchase money real estate bond, payment of which is
secured by the lien of a deed of trust executed cotemporaneously
herewith, the parties of the first part do hereby GRANT, BARGAIN,
SELL and CONVEY with GENERAL WARRANTY and ENGLISH COVENANTS of
TITLE unto Robert A. Maupin and Donna S. Haupin, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entirety with full rights of survivorship
as at common law and not as tenants in common, the following
described real property, being:
All that certain tract or parcel of land in Albemarle
County, Virginia, together with appurtenances thereunto belonging,
fronting on the western side of State Route 635, containing
33.64 acres, more or less, being shown and described as Parcel B-3
on plat of Frank A. Gregg, C.L.S., bearing date October, 1974,
said plat being attached to and recorded with a deed of Edward L.
Smith and wife, bearing date October 18, 1974, of record in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of said County in Deed Book
563, page 468, by the terms of which deed said property was con-
veyed to the parties of the first part herein.
