VQYr M ,K - YJ We would like to request a variance of � feet tTr o�allow us the opportunity to erect a Exxon canopy. Attached you will find a drawing to scale showing the exact proposed placement of the canopy on our property. The canopy we propose to erect will be the Exxon canopy which will not have any signs on any of its four sides. The Exxon canopy measures 26' X 26' and will be 14 1/2' feet tall. We are proposing to have one Exxon style fuel dispenser with all three grades of gasoline. The fascia will be the Exxon standard red color and will measure 3 feet wide. We do not need to apply for any additional sign variances because we plan to keep the existing Exxon sign and do not request to add any additional signs. Please let us know if you have any questions. The tables will take up no more to,o o 1,000 square feet of our store. They are Hunter Green and made of a hard indoor/outdoor plastic. We • ' o to add these tables to our store in effort to provide customers that desire to eat their deli orders inside, place to sit down and enjoy their meal. We serve the majority of our deli business during lunch ,• and our customers currently eat in their cans or some will choose the one picnic table we have , as a place to have their meal. When the weather gets cold the picnic table is rarely used. We are not planning to market our business any differently. We just want to provide our ,-.customers a comfortable place to relax and enjoy their meal. Some of our customers have complained • • having to eat in their cars and have expressed their desires to eat indoors. Please let us know your decision soon.
