The Board ruled (5:0) to deny your request to erect a 26' X 26' canopy beside the store. The variance request of 23 feet was denied to locate the canopy 52 feet from the front property line. If you are aggrieved by this decision, you have a right to appeal the notice within thirty days in accordance with Section 15.2-2311© of the State Code, or the decision shall be final and unappealable. Such appeal shall be taken within thirty days after the decision appealed from by filing with the Circuit Court of Albemarle County a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof.
