parcel is zoned RA, Rural Areas and is located in the Scottsville Magisterial District on '
Porters Road (Route 627) approximately 0.3 miles north of its intersection with Rt. 6.

substantial detriment to adjacent property and that the
character of the district will not be changed by the granting
