This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that John Binder(applicant), Phillip and

Rivanna Magisterial District, have made application for VA-98-30. The request is as follows.
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the
construction of an attached garage to be 20 feet from the side property line, a variance of 5
feet.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 1998, at 3:00
