JUSTIFICATION SHALL BE BASED ON THESE THREE (3) CRITERIA: 1) That the strict application of this ordinance would produce undue hardship. The family currently has no bathroom or sanitary facilities nor do they have an approved septic drainfield. A.H. I . P. plans to install a new drainfield along with a bathroom & bedroom addition_ Tf it were just the bathroom we needed, nn variance would be needed. The family is currently living in a 4 room house (LR, Kit, Bdrm, & D.R. converted to a bedroom) with Anthony and wife Bonnie, SEE REAR OF SHEET 2) That such hardship is not shared generally by other properties in the same zoning district and the same vicinity. To A.H. I .P. ' s knowledge no other properties along Rio Mills Road would require the same request for variance. 3) That the authorization of such variance will not be of substantial detriment to adjacent property and that the character of the district will not be changed by the granting of the variance. The authorization of the variance can only greatly improve the area and snrrnnnding properties. Containing and treating the sewage and wastewater will be much better for those properties down stream.
