While all other features of the design were approved, the request to install the top of the signage at 25 feet above grade was denied. Their recommendation was to install the top of all signage at 20' above grade. Because of this recommendation,we are no longer requesting a variance from the Department of Zoning on the installation height of our signage. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. Approved Sign#3: Spectrum Therapy and Sign#4 ACAC,both situated on the south side of the building,as proposed. 2. The Board did not support the request for variances for Sign#1: ACAC or Sign#2: Martha Jefferson Health&Wellness Services. The Board recommended that the signs be moved to a more central location, and did not object to installing the signs over the decorative reveals. The Board granted staff administrative approval of signs meeting these conditions. Please submit revised drawings and other information to address the issues outlined in#2,above, at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions regarding the abOve-noted action please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, t-iyArc Margaret M.M. Pickart Design Planner MMMP/jcf Cc: File Bill Heischman Jan Sprinkle
