This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Mr and Mrs John Williams
(owners/applicants), property described as tax map 43, parcel 33A, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, Jack
Jouett Magisterial District, have made application for VA-99-05. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front
setback from 75 feet to 20 feet to allow a 2"d story addition above an existing room, enclose an
existing porch and add a deck to the rear of the existing dwelling.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday,March 2, 1999, at 2:00 p.m.,
in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Building Code and Zoning
Services Office, Second Floor, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
