31D, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, Sam Miller Magisterial District. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front
setback from 75 feet to 12 feet to allow a 105' wooden pole/tower and equipment cabinet to be
constructed.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 1999, at 2:00 p.m.,
in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is available for your review in the Albemarle County Building Code and Zoning
