This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Danny and Sylvia Guengerich
(owner/applicant), have made application for VA-99-18. The property is described as tax map 19,
parcel 12E, Zoned RA, Rural Areas, White Hall Magisterial District. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce front
setback from Rt. 664 from 75 to 62 feet to locate a detached garage.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 1999, at 2:00 p.m.,
in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
