or less, which was conveyed to John R. Morris by deed of Albert S. Bolling
and Homan W. Walsh, Trustees, dated August 25, 1930, and recorded in said
Clerk's Office in D. B. 210 p. 4. Said land was owned by the said John R. NN
Morris at his death and was devised by him in his will, which is recorded in
said Clerk's Office in Will Book 39, p. 97, to his widow, Edith D. Morris, for
life and then to his children, John R. Morris, Jr. and Mary Morris Riviere.

(2) An easement and right to install and maintain gas and water
pipe lines beneath the surface of the ground at convenient locations to be
selected by the Grantors, their successors and assigns, and the right to enter
