9/29/21 Review of 9/16/21 Digital Resubmittal
1. Submit the EC review fee of $559.52. Be sure to note ARB-2021-51 for tracking purposes.
2. Submit architectural elevation sheets showing the change to white building trim.
The color rendering shows white trim, though the color is not noted on the drawing.
3. The comment response letter states that two trees were added along the EC frontage. The
plan shows one tree moved, but none added. Add two more large shade trees to the EC
frontage.
Two fastigiate oaks added - one on either side of entrance drive.
4. Two trees have been added along the east side of the parking lot spaced at approximately
60' on center. The northern tree is very close to existing trees to remain on the northern
property line. Shift that tree south for more equal spacing of trees.
