This is by virtue of the previous subdivision activity of Tax Map 32G, Parcel 1, that there can not be exempt divisions because they are to be deemed a continuation to previous subdivision activity. I have forwarded copies of the plat to the Virginia Department of Transportation and the Albemarle County Service Authority for further review and once we receive comments back from them we can evaluate the scheduling options for Planning Commission review. I believe we will be recommending internal access easements between Lots A and B and restricting Lots A, C, and D from access directly on Route 29. This is consistent with the staff's position in the 1983 site plan review on this property. I realize you were originally informed this plat could be reviewed administratively as exempt and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
