of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Tool: 566 at
page 376.

:'he property hereby conveyed is subject to the dedication
of the 18 foot right-of-way for future passageway through the
adjoining lots and to the building setback lines as shown on
the aforesaid plat and further subject to all easements,
reservations, restrictions and conditions contained in duly
recorded deeds, plats and other instruments constituting
constructive notice in the chain of title to the above described
property which have not expired by a time limitation contained
therein or otherwise have become ineffective.
