It outlines the agenda schedule and roles. As you’ll see in the “Run of Show”, please sign into the meeting at 6:45pm, using the link in the calendar invite that I sent to everyone last week. This will give us time to make sure everyone’s microphone and video work and that presentations can be pulled up. Lastly, please keep in mind that community meetings have traditionally belonged to proposal applicants. In light of COVID, the County has offered our resources to offer virtual, uniform community meetings across various projects, but staff will really be playing opening/closing, listening, and facilitation roles tonight.
