Dear Sirs :
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at their meeting on October
18, 1983 accepted your withdrawal of "Fitzwood" Final Plat because
it has been determined that it may be approved administratively.
Attached is a copy of the conditions of approval which must be met
on or before November 5 , 1983 in order for the plat to be signed.
Please note that the Subdivision Ordinance requires that the plat be
recorded within six (6) months of the date it is signed or the approval
will be void.
