The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following
comments, and those provided by other Site Review Committee, SRC, members, have been satisfactorily addressed. The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1.[14-302(A)(11)] Instrument creating the property. Provide the deed book and page number of the instrument whereby
each subject parcel was created, as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County.
2. [14-302(A)(15)] Owner names and addresses. Provide the names and addresses of the owners of record for each
subject parcel.
3. [14-302(B)(10)] Stream buffer. Albemarle County GIS data shows a stream buffer lying in the westernmost corner of
TMP 36-913. Locate and label this area on the plat and provide the following note: "The stream buffer shown hereon
shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."
4. [14-302(A)(9)] Building site. Revise the beginning of Note 6 to more clearly state: "Revised TMP 36-9132 and the
residue of TMP 36-913 each contain a building site...".
5. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. Similarly, revise the beginning of Note 7 to state: "Revised TMP 36-9132 is
assigned 3 development rights..".
6. [14-303(H)] Monuments. Is there a distinction between the monument represented by the filled circles and those
represented with hollow circles? If so, please make the distinction clear in the plat legend.
7. [Comment] Reminder that revised plats must include the original date of drawing and the revision date(s) of each
subsequent version of the plat.
In accordance with the provisions of Z.O.14-229 of the County Code, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been
voluntarily withdrawn by the applicant.
