We will, therefore, proceed with voiding this building permit. Our receipts indicate that a permit fee of $121. 80 was paid by Jim Walter Homes, Inc. . In accordance with our fee schedule, a refund of 80% of the permit fee of $100 . 80, half of the Zoning fee of $20. 00, and none of the 1 . 00 surcharge will be made to Jim Walter Homes, Inc. . This calculates to $90 . 64 . The refund will be processed ten days from today, unless we hear otherwise from you. All other submitted material will be discarded.
