Re : Ridgwell subdivision Dear Mr. Cilimberg: William Ridgwell and Mary Ellen Ridgwell have asked that I write to you to withdraw the subdivision which they recently submitted for approval on Parcel 19 of Tax Map 55 . They have decided not to go forward with this subdivision. If possible, please return all plats to Mr. and Mrs. Ridgwell . We understand that the application fee is not refundable.
