Payne, to be installed on State Route 715 in Esmont Village Community, was approved. Following this approval, the Board requested review by the Planning Department of the present County policy regarding street lights. The Board suggested that areas such as community buildings, villages, residential areas as N shown in the Comprehensive Plan, and pre-existing residential groupings, be considered for street light installation.
