MEMORANDUM
TO: Site Review Committee

RE: SUB-99-184,Taylor Oil Co.
The Taylor Oil Company Preliminary Plat(SUB-99-184)was submitted to the Department of
Community Planning and Development m July, 1999. It has been erroneously processed
administratively. The proposed subdivision requires Planning Commission approval to waive
Section 14-505,which prohibits separate driveways for lots created by subdivision.
Additionally, a denial of the application(given the time lapse)was never sent to the
applicant. Therefore,we have agreed to accept the information provided in 1999 as a new
application for Final Plat.
