The homestay would occur in the existing dwelling on the property. Please be advised that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and efforts to maintain recommended social distancing, this will be a virtual meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Special exceptions must be acted on by the Board of Supervisors, and may be granted after notice to abutting property owners and upon consideration of the following: i. There is no detriment to any abutting lot ii. There is no harm to public health, safety, or welfare If you have comments or concerns regarding this application, please provide them to Lea Brumfield by TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2021 so that they can be included in the Board's information packet and so the item can be scheduled appropriately for the Board's consideration.
