Presence of unsuitable landscape positions The soil profiles for the backhoe pits dug at the site on November 4 and November 29, 1999 are attached. The locations of these backhoe pits are shown on the site plan. In accordance with the Virginia Administrative Process Act,Chapter 1.1:1 and Title 32.1-164.1 of the Code of Virginia, this letter is to further inform you of your right to appeal the decision of the local health department, which is specified in this letter.
