Re: Martha Voshell zoning variance
Please find attached a soil report defining the conditions on Lot 15 in Westover
Hills. As discussed, we have determined that a 3-bedroom primary conventional
drainfield exists on the lot, and a reserve area that somewhat exceeds 50% capacity can
be installed in very favorable soil conditions in a triangular area in the upper corner of
the lot. A thorough evaluation of the balance of the lot indicates that this is the best
viable option to render this lot buildable.

concerning the status of the lot
