'The right to use and occupy said lands, however, was also devised under said
(will to James S. Morris for his life. A plat of the lands hereby conveyed and
lof the adjoining property owned by the Ivy Creek Methodist Church Trustees is
[ attached hereto as a part of this deed.
The Grantors, however, reserve from this conveyance for the
` benefit of themselves, their successors, and assigns, the following easements
rover and upon the lands hereby conveyed:
(I) A perpetual easement for right of way 20 feet wide as
shown upon said plat for purposes of ingress and egress to and from the Granto-'s
! remaining lands to and from State Route 676.

(2) An easement and right to install and maintain gas and water
pipe lines beneath the surface of the ground at convenient locations to be
selected by the Grantors, their successors and assigns, and the right to enter
'upon said lands for the purposes of installing and maintaining said pipe lines.
Reference is here made to said deed and plat for a more particular
description of the lands hereby conveyed.
