This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-2000-013, was heard by
• the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals on June 6, 2000. The Board ruled (4:0) •
to approve your request subject to the following conditions: 1) Remove the temporary
sign, and 2) The existing permanent freestanding sign cannot be enlarged.
This approval allows relief from Section 4.15.12.5 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance to increase the height of a wall sign from 20 to 24 feet.
