The property is described as tax map 73 parcel 31D, zoned Rural Areas, Samuel Miller Magisterial
District. The request is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 10.4 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow reduction of
front yard setback from 75 to 10 feet to allow construction of a new 90-foot monopole tower.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, July 18, 2000, at 2:00 p.m.,
in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
