Schuck 3670 Presidents Road Scottsville, VA 24590 RE: Variance Application, VA-2000-022 Tax Map 103, Parcel 43C Dear Mr. & Mrs. Schuck: This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-2000-022, was heard by the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals on August 1, 2000. The Board ruled (4:0) to approve your request with the following conditions: 1. This variance is for the activity described in this file only. Any further expansion will require amendment to this variance. 2. The applicant shall not remove the existing trees on the north side of the applicant's property to act as a buffer to the adjacent private road to the north unless such trees die. This approval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum side yard setback from 25 to 11 feet for the construction of a detached carport.
