This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Marcia Joseph(applicant) has made
application for VA-2000-026. The property is described as tax map 91, parcel 2D, zoned Planned
Development-Shopping Center and Entrance Corridor, Scottsville Magisterial District. The request
is as follows:
The applicant requests relief from Section 21.7.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a reduction
of the minimum building setback from a residential district from 50 to 47 feet for construction
of a car wash building.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, September 5, 2000, at 2:00
p.m., in Meeting Room 241, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
