Dear Board:
We are applying for a variance to sell approximately 5 acres along Preddy Creek bottom to our
neighbors,Robert C. and Debbie H.Blosser IV.
The land--all of it--lies in the floodplain along Preddy Creek and in no way would ever be
developed for any purpose other than the pasture for horses or cattle that the Blossers intend to use it for.
The authorization of variance for this property will not change its use.
The sale of this property is intended to help our neighbors build their farm. We would not
consider selling this property for any other reason. Our goal is to maintain the rural character of the area
along Burnley Station Road. We run cattle on our 40.1 acre property and strongly desire to see the
agricultural and rural properties in this area maintained. The Blossers need access to the creek for water
and more pasture to support their horses. We would intend to use the Preddy Creek as the natural boundary
between our properties.
