VA-2000-027—Tax Map 022, Parcel 11
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Thomas:
This letter is to inform you that your variance application, VA-2000-27, was heard by the Board
of Zoning Appeals on October 3, 2000. The Board ruled (5:0) to approve the request with the
following condition:
This approval is limited to the area on Tax Map 22, Parcel 11 described in this report
located to the west of Preddy Creek. This area is limited to general agricultural uses.
This restriction shall be contained in the deed from Thomas to Blosser.
This variance approval grants relief from Section 10.3.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance to allow an increase in the aggregate acreage allowed for development right lots from
31 to 37 acres to allow a transfer of 5+/- acres from Thomas to Blosser.
